Genmaicha - Green Tea with Roasted Rice
A traditional Japanese household staple, Sencha with nutty roasted and popped rice.
Gyokuro Green Tea
Also known as "Jade Dew", produced in Asahina area in Shizuoka. It has a rich sweet full-bodied green tea taste without any bitterness. Tea bushes are shaded from sun for 3 weeks prior to picking.
Matcha - Powdered Green Tea (also for Ice Cream or Baking)
Use 1/2 tsp. for a cup of tea. Whisk it well to dissolve the green tea powder. Drink it plain or add to your smoothie, latte or Green Tea Ice Cream. Lovely new leaf color and refreshing taste.
