Tea Grading - Broken Leaf

Broken-leaf tea comes from the delicate parts of the same leaves used to make the whole-leaf tea.

The grades run as follows:

1. Golden Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe (BFGOP)

2. Golden Broken Orange Pekoe (GBOP)

3. Tippy Golden Broken Orange Pekoe (TGBOP)

4. Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe (FBI)

5. Broken Orange Pekoe (BOP)
